EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) with DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and 12-step Recovery collaborate effortlessly to create a strong healing experience while benefiting from skills and tools to handle any daily challenges! Sometimes people think they can only do one thing at a time but utilizing any or all of these recoveries promotes change. EMDR helps get in touch with your body, DBT helps with emotions and 12 Step recovery acknowledges feelings and helps us to create better habits. Even though groups are offered in some of these, individual growth is available and the basis for each of these. I recommend them highly!
